Appointments

Hopeful Hearts Therapy, LCSW, PLLC has a professional working relationship with many Pediatricians, Specialists, Dieticians, Psychiatrists and treatment programs. While we appreciate and welcome referrals from these health care providers, we DO NOT require a referral to schedule an appointment. Parents, guardians or the client themselves (18 +) may simply call our office to schedule an appointment and discuss their needs. If it is determined that consultation with one or more of these professionals would be helpful, arrangements can be made to facilitate such a conversation.

When you call you will likely get our voicemail system. Please leave a message indicating your name, number, reason for calling and a good time to reach you. Please indicate whether we can leave a message with our name and contact information should we miss you. All messages will be returned within 48 hours. For messages left over the weekend you will receive a call on Monday.
